Hurricane Avenue Break In

Hurricane Avenue Break In

Hurricane Avenue Break In: There was a break in on Hurricane Avenue in Northmead. It is believed that the suspects jumped the wall to gain entry into the yard. They opened a window and tried to steal out of the house through the window but it does not look like they actually got in as the burglar bars were still in place. In another instance there was damage done to Property on Liverpool Road in Benoni South. The driver of a 10 tonne truck managed to drive into the fence and gate of a business complex and brought the gate down to the ground.

In another report there was a break in on Balfour Street in Benoni South. Suspects broke in through the bathroom window to get into the business. It seems that the suspects were disturbed however, as nothing appears stolen at this stage. There was a break in on Deodar Street. Suspects removed slabs from the precast wall and cut the mesh to gain access to the house. They forced open the wooden window frame and stole computers and equipment. A man was arrested this morning for the theft of copper from a business in Wilstead Avenue Bononi. CMS and SAPS were on the scene. The suspect attempted to steal copper wiring from the business. CMS were on site with the SAPS on all occasions to investigate.
